Our founding director, Jaymes, brings a scientific mindset to civil engineering. He relies on first principles thinking—breaking complex problems down to their core to find the best solution, rather than just accepting "the standard".
He has led a wide range of projects, from land subdivisions and road upgrades to intricate flood studies. While he knows the technical side and design software inside out, he places equal value on clear communication and effective team management.
With a background teaching at the University of Melbourne and conducting student outreach, Jaymes enjoys helping those understand the "why" behind the process. He works closely with authorities to bridge the gap and ensure the final result is a consensus that works for everyone.
