Our founding director, Jaymes, brings a scientific mindset to Civil and Environmental engineering. He relies on first principles thinking—breaking complex problems down to their core to find the best solution, rather than just accepting "the standard".
He has led a wide range of projects, from land subdivisions and road upgrades to intricate flood and environmental studies. While he knows the technical side and design software inside out, he places equal value on clear communication and effective team management.
With a background teaching at institutions like La Trobe University and the University of Melbourne, as well as conducting corporate training and outreach, Jaymes enjoys helping people understand the 'why' behind the process. He works closely with authorities to bridge the gap and ensure the final result is a consensus that works for everyone.
